anyone aware of the Massachusetts Rules of Court on the Code of
Judicial Conduct which prohibits a Judge to testify voluntarily as a
character witness in an adjudicatory proceeding.

So how many Judges testified and how many do we send to the CJC Commission on Judicial Conduct
