A great way to administer your court is to arrest the lawyers, clerks, judges and court personnel who are using the facilities of the court for there criminal activity and delaying the administration of honest services with barratry. Only then will the court function as intended with in its budget!
Have the auditor audit the court now and have the inspector general step in!
